Don't have time for yoga at CFB on Sundays? Introducing...Tuesday and Thursday Morning "Micro-Yoga Class" for busy people. This yoga program focuses on the active recovery that your body needs to restore from the day's WOD and get back in shape for the next one. Our curriculum consists of 30 minutes of focus on releasing tension and stress in the shoulders and hips, neck, quads, calves, and hamstrings. You will find that added benefits of practicing yoga are regulation of breathing and boosted levels of oxytocin, serotonin, and dopamine hormone levels, which your body naturally produces and keep you from getting ill. Whether you are walking up or down stairs later that day, you will be glad that you spent 30 minutes stretching.

Yoga is the perfect complement for CrossFit. In CrossFit, both energy and movement are high and fast; with yoga, energy and movement are slower and calmer but can be just as effective in improving mobility.
