Do you want to become more efficient at Olympic Weightlifting? Then the Origin Barbell club is for you!

Barbell Club is for both experienced and new weightlifters. Our approach to coaching and programming pushes every athlete to be challenged no matter their skill level and improves strength and efficiency in the snatch and clean&jerk.

Barbell Club will be (6) weeks long. Each week is designed to build on previous weeks as your strength and technique progress. It will run from May 23-Jun29 Class times/ workouts are as follows:

-Class: Wed 10:45am-12:00pm
-Class: Fri 10:45am-12:00pm
- (1) Homework workout to do at your own convenience during Open Gym*

*Open Gym may be used for Barbell Club homework ONLY and no other workouts.

The cost for the 6 Week Program is $150.


Barbell club will improve your Snatch and Clean&Jerk and refine other movements as well. Barbell Club members will also receive instruction aimed at improving traditional strength movements such as presses and squats. The program also focuses on improving overall leg strength. Every Barbell Club member has an Open Gym membership to accommodate the homework training requirements.
